Phase - completion
This project will consist of working with 3rd Coast Development company with coming up with a style for the 5 houses that will fit the historic area while also having the amenities their clients demand.
Historic Restorations
Phase - On Going
St. Francis Chapel is a on going historic preservation project. We are monitoring the building for any new damage or settlement issues that will need to be addressed by the church.
Dance Studio Rayne, LA
Phase - Design
The project is a adaptive reuse project. The existing building masonry building has been used for multiple purposes but the new owner wants to convert the building into a new dance studio. The owner wants to keep a lot of the existing textures and finishes to be showcased in the new design.
