This project transformed a fire-damaged building shell into a flexible event center designed to accommodate both large gatherings and smaller subdivided events. Stout Architecture coordinated a structural evaluation that confirmed the primary structural members could be salvaged, allowing targeted deck repairs and installation of a new SBS roofing system over tapered insulation. A new kitchen addition was designed to complement the original building through matching brick detailing, architectural parapets, and a pitched metal roof. The project was successfully designed on schedule and within budget.
